Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves food and beverages in an efficient and timely manner.
Operates a cash register and follows cash handling procedures.
Organize and account for product and supplies.
Rotates and re-stocks all dry, frozen, and chill products to ensure quality.
Report any quality or waste issues to supervisor.
Complete all required opening and closing procedures per checklist.
Knowledgeable in serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with state law.
Accountable for daily cash bank.
Responsible for proper accounting procedures and cash handling.
Responsible for cash deposit and ensuring accuracy on accounting forms.
Keep snack area/restaurant clean throughout the day.
Properly dispose of trash inside and outside the snack area/restaurant.
Secure all keys in proper designated location at the end of the shift.
Reports any equipment issues to supervisor or pro shop.
Must arrive 15 minutes prior to shift.
Promotes a positive relationship with team members across all departments.
Safety Responsibilities and Requirements:
Additional duties as assigned such as food preparation, light cooking, and occasional beverage cart shifts may apply.
Actively demonstrates, encourages, and model safety rules in accordance with the law.
Reports safety or hazard concerns immediately to supervisor.
Reports any work-related injuries immediately to supervisor.
Must wear non-slip shoes.
Follows all safety procedures as stated in employee handbook and safety manual.
Qualification-Requirements
Experience - Education
Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Ability to stand throughout a duration of assigned shift.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
