COMPENSATION FOR OUR BUILDING ENGINEER POSITIONS IS BASED ON YOUR LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE.
You will play a proactive role in the customer service provided to our clients. We ask you to have a practical mind and keen attention to details as you develop and execute preventative maintenance plans.
Areas of responsibility include :
- Maintain plumbing, heating, alarm systems and in some cases automated building systems
- Complete manual repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows, minor plumbing and electrical
- Conduct general property upkeep including : property walks, landscaping, pest control, painting and light carpentry
- Perform property inspections and upkeep
- Prepare building or property reports on computer or tablet
