Founders 3 Management Company and F3 Marina is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the Halifax Marina. The preferred work schedule for this position 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, with weekends required.
Responsibilities include :
Routine Maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting :
- Inspect and maintain the docks, piers, dock lighting, security systems and other marine structures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Assist groundskeepers with overall curb appeal of the property.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs as needed.
