F3 Marina, a division of Founders 3 Real Estate Services, is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services to marina owners anywhere.
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Seasonal Marina Crew Member to join our team at the Maryland Marina – this position would begin work in mid-March and be scheduled to work through mid-November. This position requires weekend availability.
You will assist with marina operations, boat handling and facility maintenance. This is a hands-on role involving operating equipment, maintaining docks and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff. All marina staff ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Requirements :
The ideal candidate will possess :
- Experience in marina maintenance, repair, or a related field
- Knowledge of boat handling techniques and marina operations.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Valid driver’s license
