F3 Marina, a division of Founders 3 Real Estate Services, is a leader in professional marina management and consulting services to marina owners anywhere. Our services include all aspects of waterfront development and management, including; marinas and adjacent upland property, such as multi-family and retail. We provide the expertise, experience and attention to detail to delight our boaters, clients and communities while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
We are growing our team to support the Kings Cove Marina in Hastings MN!
The Marine Service Manager is a key member of the leadership team at the marina and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, including managing the service team, scheduling, and coordinating service appointments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of service work. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, technical knowledge of marine engines and systems, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of service to customers.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the marine service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations
- Manage and oversee the service team, providing direction and guidance as needed
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service work and maintain accurate records of work and customer interactions
- Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on service work and address any concerns or questions
- Work with vendors and suppliers to order and maintain inventory of parts and equipment
- Cross train to be able to assist and coordinate hauling and launching of vessels
- Coordinate in and out dry storage services for customers
- Continually improve service processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all service work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety and in compliance with company policies
- Follows and enforces safety practices, operating rules and regulations at all times. Reports unsafe issues in a timely manner.
- Adheres to all State, Local, and F3 Marina policies and procedures; including but not limited to safety, accounting, and maintaining grooming standards.
- Works in a team-based environment supporting the Marina and F3 Marina.
- Assists in other aspects of the Marina operations as necessary.
