Our services include all aspects of waterfront development and management, including; marinas and adjacent upland property, such as multi-family and retail. We provide the expertise, experience and attention to detail to delight our boaters, clients and communities while maximizing occupancy and revenue.
We are growing our team to support the Kings Cove Marina in Hastings, MN!
As the Marine Service Technician, you will be a key member of our team. You will coordinate and conduct daily operations of the marina service shop as directed by the Marina Service Manager. This is a physically demanding position requiring the use of hand tools, power tools and operating heavy and light equipment in the marina as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Repairs and services guest and marina boats utilizing the service work order system
- Completes and submits work orders accounting for time, labor, parts and noting all relevant information
- Utilizes computers and service manuals and employs a systematic thought process to diagnose and fix problems.
- Completes sales and labor documentation to assist in controlling inventories and accurate billing
- Follows and maintains preventative maintenance programs
- Follows and enforces safety practices, operating rules and regulations at all times. Reports unsafe issues to management in a timely manner.
- Communicates professionally while delivering exceptional guest service
