FoundersCard is seeking a results-driven Vice President of Product, Subscriptions, to lead our efforts in optimizing member conversion, retention, and engagement. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a critical part in scaling our subscription business, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize Trial Conversions:
- Develop and implement strategies to convert free trials into paid memberships effectively.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize trial-to-paid upgrade funnels.
Optimize Lead Conversion:
- Increase the conversion of landing page visitors into qualified leads and move them through the application pipeline.
- Identify friction points in the user journey and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.
Enhance Application Completion Rates:
- Drive initiatives to increase the completion of partially started applications into fully submitted applications.
- Utilize A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to refine the application process.
Reduce Involuntary Churn:
- Implement systems to make it easier for members to update payment information.
- Enhance product features to increase the percentage of members with backup payment methods on file.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience at a consumer subscription company with a strong focus on member retention, trial conversion, and subscription growth.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPIs related to retention, conversion, and engagement.
- Expertise in user journey optimization, with a track record of reducing friction in key conversion points.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Data-driven decision-making approach with proficiency in analytics tools and performance tracking.
