Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the corporate services team, including scheduling meetings and processing expenses.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering orders and room reservations.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
- Plan and execute office events such as monthly birthday celebrations, cultural events, and happy hours.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- BS/BA or equivalent required.
- Ability to work 5 days per week in the Norwalk office.
- Concur experience preferred.
