Investor Services Associate

Opportunity for an Exceptional Investor Services Professional to work on a premier boutique investment management firm's Investor Services team to help support the firm’s growth and success of their business.

Seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual who is enthusiastic about collaborating with the Client Partnerships team to manage deliverables to effectively communicate the firm's competitive advantage and meet the needs of their clients.

What You’ll Do

Primarily responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc prospect, consultant, and investor reporting materials
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investor reporting, preparing presentation books, DDQ responses, marketing materials, data entry, and providing support for various strategic initiatives
Opportunity to interface with the firm's global client partners

Seeking Candidates Who :

Hold a Bachelor’s degree

Demonstrate 3 years of financial industry experience, preparing reports and presentations, and working directly with clients

Are self-starters with excellent attention to detail while working through tight timelines and strict deadlines

Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment while demonstrating the ability to coordinate and execute deliverables independently or through others

Are proactive, have a strong work ethic, and a problem-solving attitude

Are effective communicators (verbal and written)

Demonstrate the ability to create, build, and maintain positive working relationships

Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce fluency a plus

Have interest in sustainable investing as well as Responsible Investing initiatives and reporting (a plus)
