WHAT OUR BARISTA / TO-GO SERVERS DO :
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A BARISTA / TO-GO SERVER :
Founding Farmers is currently looking for a talented Barista / To Go Service team member. The successful candidate will prepare quality beverages and serve our guests in accordance with company standards. The Barista / To Go team member is a hospitality professional who is warm, genuine, and engaging as well as efficient and accurate to ensure an extraordinary experience for all our guests. In between serving our guests beverages, this position will also be responsible for packing guest orders, ensuring guest order accuracy and quality prior to delivery or pick up, loading guest vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and willingness to learn.
