They're searching for a VP of Engineering who will establish and execute the technical vision for creating and scaling these AI-driven products. In this role, you'll oversee engineering teams, guide system architecture, and ensure the company remains at the forefront of autonomous agent innovation.
What You'll Do
- Technical Strategy & Leadership : Define the engineering roadmap, aligning AI product vision with business goals.
- Team Management : Recruit, mentor, and lead top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Architectural Ownership : Oversee platform design, integrating agentic AI workflows with robust, scalable infrastructure.
- R&D & Innovation : Stay at the cutting edge of AI and ML advancements-particularly LLM-based approaches-to ensure ongoing technical leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to transform conceptual AI solutions into market-ready offerings.
