• Provide an attentive and hospitable experience for customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and deliver orders to tables in a timely manner.
• Present information about menu items in a way that best compels customers to order.
• Bring food to the table in an attractive way that showcases it.
• Know the difference between wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Handle difficult or rude customers.
• Ensure that food is served free from contaminants and is not adulterated with foreign matter.
