Salary Range : $60,000-$70,000 per year bonus structure (DOE)
Job Site : Hybrid (remote / main office, must reside in CO)
Job Summary :
The Recruiter | HR Generalist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating potential candidates for various positions, as well as ensuring a positive hiring and onboarding experience. This position will also support other HR functions.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, knowledge of the addiction treatment or healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of general HR experience.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software, experience with Paylocity a plus.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (passive and active).

Manage recruitment funnel from application to offer.Work closely with hiring managers at all locations to understand current and upcoming needs within departments.Create and post job openings once approvals are received.Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.Assist with creating and / or updating job descriptions, including researching compensation in various markets / locations.Understand roles and qualifications and communicate information accurately to candidates.Prescreen applicants in collaboration with hiring managers.Coordinate and assist with scheduling interviews with hiring managers.Ensure interview notes are uploaded to the candidate profile.Negotiate offers with input from senior management as needed.Maintain and update candidate information and status in applicant tracking system.Create professional candidate correspondence, update email templates as needed.Maintain offer letter templates to reflect accurate information.Launch onboarding process once an offer is signed and ensure all tasks are completed prior to start.Assist with new hire systems setup.Participate in the development of recruiting and hiring strategies.Actively recruit for potential candidates through various job boards, social media, professional network, and community events.Field recruiting and general HR questions from candidates and internal employees, troubleshooting issues and providing timely answers.Other HR duties as assigned.Physical Requirements :
