About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Controller to lead our accounting and finance team, driving financial excellence and supporting our next phase of growth. This hybrid role based in Boston offers a unique opportunity to optimize financial processes, scale operations, and ensure strong financial management for this international company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Ensure financial reporting aligns with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a team, including direct reports overseas.
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the implementation of financial systems and internal controls to support growth.
• Manage cash flow, audits, and tax compliance to ensure financial stability.

Who You Are

• 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, preferably in digital media or technology industries.
• CPA and/or IFRS certification highly preferred.
• Expertise in GAAP and IFRS financial reporting and compliance.
• Experience leading global finance teams and working in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to streamline financial operations and implement scalable processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
