Fountain City UMC embraces their role as a beacon to this North Knoxville Community. FCUMC offers 4 distinct worship experiences including a large Celebrate Recovery Ministry, a newly established Warming Center for the area, age level discipleship opportunities as well as hands-on missions and more. This faith community is uniquely suited to help students and young adults discover and experience a relationship with God, and their role in the world in relationship to both the Creator and their neighbors.

The Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries is perfect for someone who feels called to:

• Disciple and inspire youth (6th–12th grade) and young adults.

• Connect with both those exploring their faith or unchurched.

• Equip families to nurture faith at home and beyond.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative, organized, and innovative team player who is humble about their gifts but assured enough to lead both youth, young adults and volunteers.

• A relational leader, passionate about spiritual growth and spiritual journey.

• Someone with varied, real-time experience in leading vibrant, Christ-centered ministries.
