As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for implementing behavior plans in the school & home setting. You’ll lead and supervise Behavior Technicians and Instructional Assistants and provider support and mentorship in their care for children. Be part of our mission to offer accessible, best-in-class care to children and families in need of your support.What You’ll Do : Lead and supervise ABA Program for school system & at-home clientsConduct Functional Behavior AssessmentsDevelop and implement parent training and support programsProvide field and / or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians & Instructional AssistantsProvide support and mentorship for Behavior Technicians & Instructional AssistantsDevelop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment PlansCommunicate with National Coding, Billing, and Insurance Teams to Meet Payor Requirements and submission deadlinesProvide training and support to RBTs, IAs and other BCBAsManage a caseload of 12-15 clientsWhat You Bring : Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related FieldValid BCBA CertificationApplicable licensure to practice within the state hiredMinimum 3 years experience of ABA, with supervisory roles preferredExperience in school-based settingsStrong leadership skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsWho You Are : Mission-driven : You are dedicated to our mission and understand that providing excellent care to children with autism is at the core of everything we do.Motivated : You take ownership of your projects and are driven to produce the highest quality work product.
