Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care to our members in a hybrid model of care—delivering both in-person and virtual services. Working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, the NP will play a critical role in driving patient outcomes, optimizing member health, and maintaining the high standards of Fountain Life’s concierge services.
This role includes direct oversight of clinical support staff that are part of the multidisciplinary team and requires a proactive, patient-centered approach aligned with our mission to extend longevity and enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform focused physical examinations and assessments.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance individualized member care plans.
- Order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Administer and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
- Provide, supervise, and monitor intravenous (IV) biologic therapies.
- Administer injections for musculoskeletal conditions and aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, medical-grade skincare).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and charting.
- Educate and counsel members on health optimization, disease prevention, and treatment adherence.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety regulations, and company protocols.
- Support and guide medical assistants and other clinical staff.
- Contribute to a 60% membership renewal rate by delivering an exceptional care experience.
- Participate in on-call duties as required for concierge-level care.
- Perform additional clinical duties as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license for the state of practice.
- ACLS/BCLS certification.
- Proficiency in IV administration and comprehensive understanding of diagnostic testing.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in functional and/or family medicine.
Preferred:
- Strong preference for functional medicine training and/or experience.
- Previous experience in concierge medicine or a clinical wellness setting.
- Experience with medical aesthetics.

120,000 - 130,000 USD per year(Naples Center)
