Fountain Of Hope is looking for qualified Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers, CNAs in Allentown who are motivated to make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities (IDD) who are residing in their own homes! HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will work directly with individuals based on their needs and prescribed services as outlined in their Individual Plan. This is to include, but not be limited to assisting or observing individuals as needed with:
- Assisting individual participate in daily living skills (grooming, hygiene, dressing, meal prep)
- Promoting individual's physical and mental health and wellness
- Assisting individuals to developing relationships within the community
- Assisting in participating in preferred activities (shopping, restaurants, museums)
- Assist individuals to manage and regulate their emotions
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Care giver -non-certified
- home health aide
Salary : $19 - $22
