Receptionist

Fountain Plaza is an active living retirement community that is currently hiring for a full-time Receptionist at 30 hours per week.

We are looking for a team member who is reliable, has great work ethic, and has strong interpersonal skills. This position involves a great deal of interaction with the residents, guests, and staff. In most cases, you would be the first person to make a lasting impression on guests, too. With our residents being our #1 priority, applicants must be pleasant, friendly, patient, and have a sincere desire to work with seniors. In addition, applicants must be able to work well individually as well as within a team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Good typing skills with word-processing experience
• Fantastic interpersonal skills
• Has the ability to follow verbal and written instruction, prioritize, maintain a professional attitude and multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years receptionist experience
• Has experience working with seniors
• Competent in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Publisher)

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-phone lines
• Emergency first responder
• Filing and organizing files
• Updating information lists
• And all other job duties assigned
• Accounts payable support
• Accounts receivable support
• Payroll support
