Job Summary
Fountain Valley School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Specialist for a Special Day Class (SDC) serving students with Extensive Support Needs (ESN) or Moderate / Severe Disabilities (M / S). The successful candidate will foster students' academic, behavioral, and social / emotional development in a TK-2nd grade classroom (final grade level and school site TBD).
As a valued FVSD Special Education Team member, the Education Specialist will collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to implement IEPs and evidence-based strategies. FVSD is committed to empowering every student through academic excellence, inclusive opportunities, student well-being, and meaningful community partnerships.
