Fountain View Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dining Room Supervisor to join our team!

• Position Schedule: Full Time – Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, (Thursdays & Fridays Off), Saturday from 12:30pm-9pm!
• Position Location: 16455 E. Avenue of the Fountains, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268
• Salary: $25-27 per hour, depending on previous experience.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Supervisor:

• In the absence of the Dining Room Manager, supervises the physical appearance of the dining room area and server stations including table pedestals, table place settings, chairs, floors, drapes and lighting.
• Coordinates the seating of the residents and guests in an efficient, courteous manner.
• Schedules stations and work assignments for the wait staff and check out servers to make sure standards are met.
• Records meal counts, reservations and additional charges. Complete knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Works with Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage regarding any food, staffing or service issues.
• Makes morning rounds of Market, Dietary and Kitchen to check staff levels.
• Provides coffee services for Residents’ events and Administration.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card required.
• Must hold current state-required sanitation (Safe Food Handling and/or Certified Food Manager) certification/license per state requirements
