Position Summary : As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for working with art directors, creative directors, brand managers, and media team members to create brand experiences for Leaf Home owned companies and products. With a primary focus on brand marketing campaigns and internal communications, this role is a key driver of creative effectiveness at Leaf Home. Your work will be seen across traditional offline campaigns from ad to landing page. This role reports to the Senior Director of Creative.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Design sales and marketing collateral to support Leaf Home products and services. Primarily : print publication ads, direct mail pieces, trade show handouts & displays, and collateral for internal brand communication needs.
• Support day-to-day design production needs and adhere to project calendars in coordination with promotional schedules.
• Work directly with senior art directors and senior designers to support the offline media team, specifically print production.
• Achieve creative excellence by producing engaging, performative, and brand-building concepts that motivate and move audiences to action.
• Pre-flight and refinement of assets prior to delivery.
• Proof publication ads with a high level of accuracy.
• Retouch and provide suitable imagery for all Leaf Home external and internal print needs.
• Present creative designs that consider feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Visually communicate targeted messaging while adhering to Leaf Home brand standards across all marketing channels.
• A / B test assets in coordination with several Marketing Department teams to optimize conversions through CTAs.
• Maintain professional organization of creative media assets in project files in Leaf Home’s Digital Asset Management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
