We are seeking an Infection Control / Staff Development nurse who is as passionate about the care that their team provides to our residents as we are. You will support and practice the philosophy, objectives and standards of the Department of Nursing and participate in the revision of these as necessary to ensure quality care to all patients / residents.
In this role you will :
- Participate in staff development / training, infection control
- Conduct resident rounds to assess an / or supervisor nursing care, assess condition of residents and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Work in establishing and facilitating effective employer / employee relations
- Participate in associate evaluations and administers disciplinary action as requested
Requirements
