Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping clients updated on their projects, answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries via phone/email, and handling various administrative tasks. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their projects, providing clear and timely communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Support the sales and customer service teams with various tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
