As a Administrative Assistant, your duties are to help process documents, manage procedures, and assist management with various administrative duties. In this role, you may perform various tasks related to audit and payroll, support vendor relations, reconcile accounting statements, answer telephones, file paperwork, and scan documents. This job is like other administrative assistant roles but also includes some minor accounting responsibilities, which may require more training. However, this is not an actual accountant job. Administrative Assistant may also perform other administrative tasks, such as: Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, Maintaining contact lists, Producing, and distributing correspondence, Assisting in preparing reports, and Developing and maintaining a filing system and additional items as required.
