What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Admin position at Four C's Construction?
SUMMARY
Operations Admin will work closely with all Project Engineers, Project Managers and Pre-Construction Manager to ensure that all project meeting, logs, external project initiation emails and field team sub & hotels are completed and booked in an organized, timely and efficient manner.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following with other duties as it is assigned.
1. Send external General Contractor Project initiation email.
2. Set up project team dashboards and upload project contract documents into PlanGrid.
3. Maintain, update & follow up on field team daily and safety reports to ensure proper daily submission.
4. Schedule project meetings around Project Team’s availability.
5. Create project SSSP for all new projects.
6. Compile and send project meeting minutes to all attendees.
7. Submit and update weekly per-diem and hotel bookings at the beginning of each week for all out-of-town field crew.
8. Assist Project Engineers in submitting project samples as needed.
9. Schedule Pre-Construction meetings as needed by Project Teams.
10. Maintain and update outside vendor list as required.
11. Maintain and update outside vendor calendar to ensure all ordered materials are logged.
12. Assist Project Engineers in gathering close-out documents for completion of projects.
13. Assist team members whenever necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty with objective analysis and evaluations. Individual must have an Associate degree (A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences.

Computer Skills
Ability to navigate computer programs, files, and internet efficiently and effectively.
Able to use excel and power-point program.
Language Skills
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups or members of an organization.
Reasoning Abilities
