The Role :
As the Plant Manager, you will drive day-to-day operations in our fabrication shop. Youll multitask responsibilities in the plant to ensure processes are followed correctly and deadlines are met.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Ensuring the safety of all employees and following all safety standards
Responsible for job costing, estimating, and production planning are accurate
Supporting quality control efforts and monitoring performance
Complete a variety of tasks including; managing administrative tasks, including customer communication and team coordination
Responsible for communicating the financial operations of the plant
