Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion ingredients for service (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.)
- Follow recipes and prep lists with accuracy and consistency
- Label and store ingredients properly
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist line cooks and chefs as needed during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
