Sales Coordinator
At Four Corners Building Supply we are looking for people who want to bring their passion and expertise to help our rapidly growing business. Our formula is simple, take exceptional care of our employees and they will take exceptional care of our customers.
The Sales Coordinator is involved in all aspects of the company's sales: quoting different projects, maintaining a quote log, developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, as well as providing product and sales administrative support.
Responsibilities We'll Trust You With
Act as sales support for assigned Outside Sales Representatives
Coordinate deliveries by using BisTrack software
Create customer quotes, update and maintain quotes and a quote log
Manage and schedule following up on quotes
Accurately and promptly process orders received from customers to ensure on-time delivery
Order and track delivery of special-order items from vendors to ensure they arrive when needed
Help drive sales by keeping outside salespersons organized and informed
Work as a team with other Coordinators
Communicating with all clients and vendors in a professional manner
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Your area of knowledge and expertise:
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 5 years' experience instead of bachelor's degree accepted.
3-5 Years of experience in the industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
2-3 years of experience in BisTrack or related systems
Skills
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels Able to get work done independently and as a member of a team
Detail oriented
Ability to follow projects through to the end, regardless of timeline.
Physical Requirements
Frequent Carrying and lifting - Must be able to move and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Frequently sitting in an office environment
Occasionally works in outside weather conditions.
Ability to drive safety to and from customer sites.
