As a Window Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our new Hardeeville location's sales efforts. In this role, you'll leverage your extensive window sales experience, technical know-how, and market knowledge to drive new business. Ideal candidates thrive in sales, are comfortable with cold calls, and can effectively build relationships with architects, builders, and clients. This role is perfect for someone with a hunter sales approach who's eager to take on the coastal market's unique challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for vendors and customers.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints to create detailed, precise quotes.
• Actively manage customer relationships and address specific needs, recommending products and services.
• Regularly follow up on open bids to close sales.
• Complete orders and reports promptly and maintain a strong on-site presence.
• Independently manage accounts and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of window sales experience with brands like Jeld-Wen, Windsor, Kolbe, Andersen, and Marvin.
• Strong track record in generating and closing sales, especially through proactive outreach.
• Skilled in Bluebeam, Paradigm, and web-based quoting tools.
• In-depth knowledge of coastal building codes, impact ratings, and construction processes.
• Proficient in plan reading and discussing technical specs with architects and builders.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
• Self-motivated, independent, with a hunter sales mentality.
• Adaptable to fast-paced markets and able to spot growth opportunities.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software proficiency.
