CNA responsibilities :
assist patients in their homes with all daily activities under the instruction of the RN Case Manager. These activities include everyday living. To include but not limited to :
housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting medication, and mobility. Always follow continence care as defined by the Plan of Care.
Requirements :
Must have an active, Certification / License required by the state= CNA, CPR, PRO Insurance, TB and fingerprint all required.
