We have an IMMEDIATE opening for energetic, detail-oriented and dependable people who are passionate about customer service. The Retail Support Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store in regards to customer service and sales.
- The use of conversational, analytical, and observational skills which demonstrate an ability to organize and process all areas of sales and management.
- Knowledgeable in general sales practices and procedures
- Strong Commitment to customer service including positive professional verbal & non-verbal communication skills. Able to properly interact with customers of all backgrounds.
- Maintain professional appearance according to company standards, have a positive enthusiastic approach to work, and a strong drive to perform as a team player.
- Knowledgeable in sales practices and procedures, negotiation, and pricing strategies. Ability to identify growth opportunities and customer potential
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required: 1 year Customer Service Experience
Preferred: 2 years Retail Sales Experience with Cash Handling.
Physical: Standing, sitting, walking, bending, carrying items, use of hands, arms, eyes, ears, and voice. Must be able to climb up and downstairs. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
