Job Summary
Four Corners is looking for a Security Manager to oversee the safety and security operations at Federales Denver. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven history of success in security management within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities will include: ensuring exceptional guest service and addressing safety concerns quickly and professionally, training employees and developing security team members and fostering a team-oriented working environment, which may include coaching and counseling employees and taking appropriate corrective actions when needed.
Base Salary Range:
$55,000-65,000 Bonus Potential & Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with General Manager to assess and develop procedures, policies, and standards that meet the operational goals based off weekly, daily, and quarterly business performance reviews
- Implement 4C security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of patrons and staff
- Supervise and train security personnel, fostering a professional and proactive security team according to 4C standards
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, and demanding environment while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism
- Flexible scheduling with the ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours as business needs require
- Monitor and analyze security operations, making adjustments as necessary to improve effectiveness and labor costs
- Manage incident reports addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a secure environment
- Lead with hospitality and create a safe, fun environment
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years managing high-volume Food and Beverage (F&B) or multi-unit operations in the hospitality industry – High Volume bar experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of security operations such as emergency procedures and relevant regulations
- A team player with effective communication that takes ownership of customers’ issues and follows problems through to a resolution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal/external) as well as highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented, various computer applications such as Aloha, Restaurant 365, Avero, and Google Suite
- Forward-thinker who can be proactive in anticipating the needs of guests, staff, and the overall vision of the company.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well proficiency with various computer applications
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- First Aid and CPR certified are a plus
