Duties
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including staffing, training, and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff in areas such as food preparation, bartending, and customer service.
- Utilize Aloha POS systems to manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to create innovative menu items that enhance guest experiences.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and provide ongoing performance evaluations for team members.
- Monitor guest feedback to continuously improve service quality and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale software.
- Excellent bartending skills are a plus.
- Experience in training development and team leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
