Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet every customer with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and guide them to the products they need. Ensure customers leave happy and satisfied with their purchases.
- Sales: Provide product knowledge to customers and upsell where appropriate. Maintain a focus on creating repeat business by building strong customer relationships.
- Shop Maintenance: Keep the store clean and organized by dusting surfaces, maintaining tidy shelves, and restocking front displays to ensure an inviting environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive, growth-focused atmosphere for both team members and customers.
