What you will do?
As the Program Manager you will actively participate and oversee operations for their assigned direct care program(s). Primary responsibilities include direct care support, overall program management and direction, supervision and personnel & projects, team development & compliance, and support of agency/program mission & values. Specific responsibilities include:
- Defining program policies & procedures, including admission criteria, operational, educational & community programming standards, and discharge criteria.
- Supervising staff on quality & timeliness of service provision & documentation.
- Supervising staff on case progress & outcomes.
- Coordinating and meeting with community & collateral agencies.
- Managing program revenues and expenditures to achieve fiscal targets
- Monitoring regulatory, licensing, certification, and accreditation standards to assure compliance.
- Assuring accurate and timely completion of documentation & reports.
- Developing & implementing new processes.
- Using data to continuously improve program operations, service delivery quality, and program efficiencies.
- Performing a range of functions, including hiring, establishing expectations, performance tracking & feedback, and employee relations.
- Developing and leading a cohesive team in support of agency mission, goals and values.
- Directing all work from assigned area to assure that unit goals are achieved.
- Interpreting operational policies & procedures for assigned staff.
- Completing probationary and annual employee performance reviews within timelines.
- Identifying and resolving barriers to achieving performance goal attainment.

Qualifications & Program Information
What you need:
You will need a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus 5 years of experience. Previous supervisory experience in a direct service environment is necessary for this position. Additional requirements include:
- Demonstrated understanding of compliance requirements for regulatory, training and documentation in residential care facility.
- Proven track record of creating a positive, outcome-oriented culture for all staff members.
- Effective developmental, planning, and analytical abilities.
- Clear understanding or enterprise practices, systems, goals, performance expectations.
- Superior written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
