What you will do?
As a Youth Counselor you will provide direct care services and coverage to meet the needs of our clients. This includes but is not limited to ensuring safety & supervision, skill building, processing & support, behavioral management and communications within the team. Specific responsibilities include:
- Provide consistent, individualized reinforcement to client behavior.
- Assist clients in developing insight into their behaviors so that they learn to self-identify and self correct.
- Provide supervision and treatment intervention.
- Establish a therapeutic relationship with the client based on trust & respect.
- Serving a positive role model and agent of change for the youth.

Qualifications & Program Information
What you need:
You will need to be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED to qualify. A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field of study is preferred but, not required. Additional requirements include:
- Desire to help kids succeed
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Basic computer skills in a MS Office environment
Salary : $16 - $18
