Position Details
Sign-on & Retention Bonus:
- New Full-time employees will be eligible for a $500.00 bonus.
- New Part-time employees will be eligible for a $250.00 bonus.
What you will do?
As a Youth Counselor you will provide direct care services while serving as a positive role model with our clients. This includes but is not limited to ensuring safety & supervision, skill building, behavioral management and communications within the team. 2nd shift hours typically run from the hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Multiple part-time and full-time opportunities available!

Qualifications & Program Information
What you need:
You will need to be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED to qualify. Additional requirements include:
- Desire to help kids succeed
- Prior experience working with children is preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
Salary : $16 - $18
