Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As a Branch Manager, you’ll:
- Lead all operations and team members in a growing $6M branch.
- Have full P&L responsibility for the branch.
- Support and guide Account and Production Managers
- Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes.
- Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment.
- Develop branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities.
- Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community.

- 3 years' relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry.
- Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective team leader.
- Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
