Responsibilities include:
- Utilization of EMR to completely and accurately enter patient demographics, insurance, manage professional schedules
- Phone, email and text management
- Patient balance collections
- Insurance verification
- Team member with other PCCs, Billing Team and Clinical Team
- KPI management/data entry
