```Duties```
- Perform night audit functions, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, and preparing reports for management.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor the hotel premises for security purposes and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is required
- Familiarity with phone systems and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse range of guests.
