Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly check-in experience.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, addressing inquiries and reservations with excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with their needs throughout their stay, ensuring high standards of guest relations.
- Handle check-out procedures smoothly and efficiently, processing payments and addressing any final requests.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing guest records and ensuring all information is accurate.
- Collaborate with hotel management to address guest feedback and improve overall service quality.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- A background in guest relations or hospitality roles will be beneficial for success in this position.
