What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Morning Server position at Four Points by Sheraton?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Set up banquet tables and buffet stations for events
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in banquet, hospitality, or catering industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Note: Bartending or dietary aide experience is a plus, but not required.
