Job Overview:
As a Hotel AGM, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service. You will lead a team to deliver top-notch hospitality services and manage all aspects of the hotel efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guests' needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and coordinate hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and accommodation availability.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures to uphold quality standards.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to maintain facilities.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to enhance team performance.
