Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms and public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed while maintaining safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
