Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize property implemented systems for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
- Collaborate with team members to lead projects aimed at improving facility operations.
- Execute tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Assist with the preventative maintenance program.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with logic controllers and industrial equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Leadership experience is a plus, particularly in guiding junior technicians or apprentices.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals is essential.
