With offices serving the area, our staff of 10-15, including 4 full-time employees, works collaboratively to deliver impactful programs with an annual operating budget of $350,000.

Position Overview: Four Points seeks a dedicated and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization, champion our mission, and oversee programs, operations, and fundraising efforts. This role requires strategic leadership, financial and operational excellence, and the ability to engage effectively with the community and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of the organization’s programs, including Supervised Visitation, Access and Visitation, Nurturing Parenting, and more.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, including building and executing a $350,000 annual budget.
- Secure grants and fundraising efforts to sustain and grow the organization.
- Ensure compliance with legal, grant, and programmatic requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and oversight to a team of 10-15 employees, including 4 full-time staff.
- Develop and maintain human resources processes, volunteer management, and staff development opportunities.
- Serve as a spokesperson for Four Points, enhancing visibility and engagement across the community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit organization
- Strong fiscal management skills, including budgeting and grant reporting
- Experience with fundraising, grant writing, and donor cultivation
- Expertise in program management, operations, and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong community relations
- Commitment to the mission of Four Points and to the families we serve
