Who We’re Looking For:
We need a licensed Real Estate Agent with a strong sales background and deep knowledge of Massachusetts Landlord-Tenant Law. As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the face of our brand, welcoming prospective tenants, showcasing our properties, and securing lease agreements with confidence and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage & Convert: Connect with prospective tenants, schedule and conduct tours, and highlight the features and benefits of our properties to secure leases.
- Prospect & Network: Tap into your network and local market to uncover new leasing opportunities.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and residents, ensuring satisfaction from first contact to move-in.
- Stay Market-Savvy: Monitor local trends, update online pricing weekly, and share creative marketing ideas with the team.
- Handle the Details: Complete lease applications, verify qualifications, process paperwork, and maintain organized records.
- Keep It Pristine: Inspect units, report maintenance needs, and ensure properties are tour-ready.
- Collaborate: Report to the Team Lead, attend weekly Leasing Meetings, and participate in scheduled trainings.
What You Bring:
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License
- Proven sales experience and leasing expertise
- In-depth understanding of Massachusetts Landlord-Tenant Law
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally

- Entry: $40,000–$60,000/year
- Mid-Tier: $60,000–$80,000/year
- Top Performers: $100,000 (uncapped)
- Schedule: Self-determined with weekend availability
- Location: Reliable commute to Haverhill, MA 01832 required (relocation may be considered)
