We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic Campground Activities Supervisor to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for creating memorable experiences for families and children in a vibrant outdoor setting. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, a creative mindset, and a love for fun and engaging activities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Activity Planning & Coordination:** Develop, organize, and implement a diverse range of exciting activities and events tailored for children and families, including games, crafts, sports, and themed events.
- **Supervision & Support:** Oversee and lead activities with a positive attitude, ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all campground visitors.
- **Staff Leadership:** Train and mentor activity staff and volunteers, fostering teamwork and encouraging creativity in their roles.
- **Guest Engagement:** Interact enthusiastically with campers and guests, providing excellent customer service, promoting activities, and encouraging participation.
- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all activities and events meet safety guidelines and regulations, conducting safety briefings as needed.
- **Creativity & Innovation:** Bring fresh ideas and themes to events and activities, incorporating seasonal elements and current trends.
- **Feedback & Improvement:** Collect feedback from campers and staff to continually improve activities, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
**Qualifications:**
- High energy and enthusiasm, with a genuine love for working with children and families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire campers of all ages.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for designing fun and interactive activities.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in recreational, summer camp, or educational settings.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or the willingness to obtain).
- Flexible schedule, MUST BE ABLE ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
