Pay Based on Experience
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining clean and welcoming facilities for our guests. If you have a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a passion for cleanliness and organization, we want you on our team!
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness across public areas and lodging units
- Provide training and on-the-job guidance for housekeeping staff
- Clean public bathhouses, restrooms, and lodging units as needed
- Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and restocking supplies
- Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Perform basic inspections of units and public spaces to ensure they are guest-ready
- Ensure that essential components (e.g., light bulbs, smoke detectors) in lodging units are working properly
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the maintenance department
- Complete necessary paperwork and cleaning checklists
- Oversee laundering of park linens and ensure proper handling and storage
- Interact with guests occasionally—must be friendly, courteous, and helpful
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Must be familiar with the campground layout and amenities to assist guests and train staff
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
This is a seasonal position with both part-time and full-time availability. Pay is based on experience.
